SKYLLUSIA curates luxury sky experiences in partnership with licensed, DGCA-approved aviation operators. By
booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

• SKYLLUSIA is a premium experience brand and experience curator.
• All flights are operated by DGCA-approved operators and licensed pilots.
• Routes, timings and aircraft/helicopter allocation are controlled by the aviation operator and ATC.

2. Booking & Payment

• Minimum 20% advance required to confirm the booking.
• Balance must be paid before flight check-in.
• Booking is confirmed only after payment and operator approval.

3. Identification

• Valid Government Photo ID mandatory for all guests.
• Name on booking must match the ID.

4. Weight & Seating

• Maximum 3 passengers per aircraft / Helicopter (weight limits apply).
• Seating arrangement may be decided by the pilot for safety reasons.

5. Weather & Operational Control

• Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to: – weather – ATC restrictions – VIP movement – technical or safety reasons
• Safety always comes first.

6. Celebration Rules

• Cake/flowers are arranged outside aircraft/Helicopter only.
• No loose items inside aircraft / Helicopter (scarves, props, balloons, etc).

7. Photography 

• Phone photography allowed.
• Professional cameras may not be permitted as per operator security rules.

8. Refunds & Rescheduling

Refund rules follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Liability

• SKYLLUSIA is not responsible for delays caused by weather/ATC/regulations.
• Aviation insurance is governed by the operator’s policy.

10. Acceptance

Proceeding with booking means you agree to these Terms.
