Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Customer Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before flight:
→ 80% refund (20% booking fee non-refundable)
• Within 24 hours:
→ 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours / No-show:
→ No refund

2. Operator / Weather Cancellation

If flight is cancelled due to weather, ATC or technical reasons:
• Free reschedule to another available date
OR
• Full refund (processing time 7–10 working days)

3. Rescheduling by Customer

• Allowed once free if requested 48+ hours before.
• Inside 48 hours — reschedule charges may apply.

4. Add-ons

• Cakes, banners, bouquets are refundable only if not prepared.

5. EMI / Payment Gateway Refunds

• Refund timing depends on bank/payment gateway policy.
